Whether you are coming to terms with a challenging life event, experiencing difficult emotions or wish to make changes to the way youlive life or relate to others, I am here to support you through that process. As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a range of different tools and therapeutic models to assist my work, depending on the specific circumstances and requirements of my clients.
For many people, taking the courageous step of asking for help and prioritising mental health, will mark the beginning of a therapeutic journey; your journey will be unique but I am greatly heartened by the stories of growth, change and healing that my clients been able to share thanks to engaging in the process of therapy with me.
Sessions of 50 minutes are offered weekly in my therapy room, which is designed to provide a peaceful setting for our meetings.
During the first face-to-face session, I will also give you a counselling agreement, which outlines arrangements for confidentiality and safeguarding.
